What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance strategies for global trade regulations, including export controls and sanctions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trade compliance inquiries, guiding internal stakeholders on compliance issues
- Conduct audits and implement policies to minimize regulatory risks impacting the flow of goods
- Analyze and optimize trade data to identify trends and develop KPIs to monitor compliance activities
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with U.S. global trade laws and regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university or ten years of experience in Global Trade Compliance
- 5-8 years of experience related to Government Contracting and Import/Export Regulations
- Ability to obtain a security clearance if requested
- Proficiency in the English language with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to interpret laws and regulations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Technology Security & Foreign Disclosure (TSFD) and Foreign Military Sales requirements
- Experience presenting information to top management and public groups
- Strong public speaking skills for training and demonstrations
- Ability to manage and resolve import/export compliance issues effectively
- Skilled in multitasking and thriving in fast-paced environments
