- Physical cash settlement within market deadlines
- Ensures that all new transactions are economically affirmed in a timely manner
- Focuses on control and adherence to regulatory and internal policy
- Promotes automated solutions and efficiencies to enable STP processing
- Identifies issues and investigates root cause
- Establishes an excellent relationship with Clients, Front Office, Middle Office and other internal clients.
- Works with the above groups to quickly and efficiently resolve client issues
- Initiates and participates in process improvement initiatives
- Ensures that any issues are escalated to the team leader within an appropriate time frame
- Managing projects
- FX & FXO experience is desirable, although not essential
- Experience in an operational / financial services / customer services environment.
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize workload whilst working as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, experience of building phone relationships a desirable quality.
- Take ownership and display the ability to follow through with departmental objectives whilst taking into account risks involved in daily processing.
- A good working knowledge of the IB funds transfer policy would be an advantage.
- Excellent time management skills are required.

This is a dynamic and challenging environment working to give 'excellence in Client Service’.
As a Trade Lifecycle - Analyst you will be responsible for for the timely and accurate confirmation of JP Morgan's FX Client base, and also the management of the day to day settlement and confirmation relationship. You will be also partnering with our payments teams and other internal support areas. Your primary responsibilities will be around relationship management, trade confirmation, obtaining legal confirmations from clients and full adherence to Funds Transfer Policy.
Market Operations are split between our Bournemouth, Mumbai, Singapore and Delaware offices. The Bournemouth team provide comprehensive operational services to the Investment Bank's business across the globe, for FX and FX Options trading products. The department is very fast moving, with ever increasing volumes, there is always an opportunity to learn, increase knowledge, to take on more responsibility and where staff excellence is recognized through reward and promotion.
Between the team the EMEA Client desk works to cover the hours between 08:00 and 18:30 GMT on a shift pattern basis.
