  Healthy Living VT/NY is seeking a dynamic Trade Manager to drive brand performance and product visibility in the grocery retail space, focusing on natural products. This role will involve developing trade marketing strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring brands are effectively positioned in-store and through external marketing efforts.

  
  

  The ideal candidate will:

  · Enhance trade marketing tools to boost brand visibility and sales.

  · Support Category Managers with promotional strategies.

  · Plan in-store activations like demos and eco-focused promotions.

  · Collaborate with merchandising teams for prime shelf placements.

  · Analyze sales data to optimize pricing and promotions.

  · Negotiate promotional partnerships and digital marketing opportunities with retailers.

  · Assist in developing brand messaging around sustainability and organic products.

  · Monitor trade marketing performance using tools like SPINS, IRI, and POS data.

  · Work with visual merchandisers to create impactful product displays.

  · Align marketing strategies with cross-functional teams and support e-commerce efforts.

  
  

  Qualifications:

  · 3-7 years of experience in trade marketing or category management (grocery, CPG, or retail preferred).

  · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  · Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.

  · Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce strategies is a plus.
