- Support Sales Managers in developing, executing and budget management of a trade marketing plan for external boutiques (events, partnerships, manufacture visits & media) within North Europe based on strategy in alignment with Head of Trade Marketing, with clear KPI’s.
- Sharing of Brand material, creation of toolkits and sales supports materials to be shared with partners to maintain consistency across all external boutique partners and respect of Brand guidelines. The main goal is to ensure a smooth client experience, whether they are in an internal or external BTQ.
- Follow up with External BTQ Managers to share performance results from activations executed, create reports and identify key learnings and opportunities for subsequent activations.
- Work closely with local VM managers / coordinators to ensure partners needs are met
- Support in implementing marketing plan for department stores in alignment with Head of Trade Marketing Europe.
- Track A&P spending across department stores and follow up on results achieved from initiatives planned ensuring to share reports with EU Marketing team and Sales manager on a timely basis.
- Follow up with local VM partners to ensure VM in department stores are to brand guidelines.
- Ensure visibility of e-retailers in your region are up to date and to brand guidelines
- Resize and share website banners with e-retailers based on their requested specs
- Analyse the presence of Montblanc within the relevant categories on e-retailers website
- Support Sales Managers in setting and sharing a marketing calendar with key wholesale partners
- Build and maintain relationships with partners to ensure constant communication
- Fulfil any VM or marketing asset requests that come through from partners in a timely manner
- Define and manage trade marketing budgets across your market
- Ensure to establish KPIs for trade marketing initiatives in alignment with Sales Managers and Head of Trade Marketing
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics
