- Translate the corporate strategy into a marketing strategy that grows the BAT brands penetration and maximises the ROI, ensuring
- Territory implementation of a trade marketing & distribution strategy that meets objectives set for consumer and customer segments
- Integration of market, consumer and customer insights in the territory, facilitating the formulation of the marketing strategy
- Achievement of end market business strategies in the territory assigned
- Drive the implementation of the marketing strategy
- Implementation of cascaded marketing programmes,
- Identify necessary changes in strategy and priorities during implementation
- Optimise effectiveness and efficiency of company’s resources
- Implementation of global initiatives in the territory assigned.
- Manage self KPIs and track ongoing results
- Manage allocated budget for all trade marketing activities in the territory
- Drive an on-going process of marketing evaluation and innovation in order to achieve the maximum competitiveness in availability, communications, price and image
- Ensure compliance with International Marketing Standards 2, facilitating productivity gains and continuous improvement
- Carry out any further duties as assigned by your line manager
- University degree in a Marketing or Business-related field- Graduated within the last one year
- Valid Drivers License for manual transmission cars
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationship with key external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
As an intern you’ll support the team to develop and drive territory specific volume and profit objectives for each trade channel of the business by the execution of strategic plans, sales goals achievement, ensuring exceptional customer service to existing & potential clients through the most effective and efficient utilisation of budgets and living the BAT ethos.
