- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Strategic vision, ability to manage complex and multiple tasks
- Project management skills, “can do” attitude and strive for excellence mindset
- Strong communication & influencing skills
- Fluency in Greek & Business English
- The role is based in our Athens office, Greece. We offer hybrid working as a mix of working remotely and from the office.
- The expected starting date is July 2025.

Brief Description
Barilla Hellas wants to recruit a Trade Marketing Professional within the Trade Marketing department. The individual will report to the Trade Marketing Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development & implementation of trade marketing activities, building on shopper insights to deliver business growth.
Key Accountabilities
o Successfully transform marketing initiatives into category development plans & present to customers as business development opportunities
o Work together with sales teams to effectively manage promotional activation at customer & POS level
o Present business evolution & category development plans to influence/gain customer commitment to execution
o Monitor of market evolution, identify sales opportunities, extract & develop argumentation to support category/subcategory plans
o Analysis of assortment opportunities per customer, identify & quantify business opportunities
o Understanding of shopper research quantified results & incorporate them into business development planning
