      Tradeshow Coordinator will facilitate aspects of assigned trade shows & events held in the U.S. and domestically. This includes arranging product exhibits, customer receptions, other special events and staffing plans. Works with vendors to arrange space, logistics, collateral requirements, lodging, equipment rental, and set-up and dismantling of the exhibit. Plans and coordinates the routing of exhibits shipped and all needed materials. Develops plans, budgets, and generates after action reports. Supports marketing and business development departments on show strategies. Remains current on new trends in exhibit design and strategies. Research, plan and arrange logistics to support company marketing and customer relations events to ensure successful business relations. Interface with company executives to set expectations and standards, work plans and logistics, as well as train and facilitate proper meeting protocol for all meeting participants. Ability to present to cross-functional teams and executive leadership, strong organizational, business and financial acumen, ability to function well in a collaborative team environment. - Proven experience supporting or leading events/tradeshows
      - Ability to travel frequently
      - Working knowledge of MS Office products
      - Strong multitasking skills and ability to plan multiple events with general supervision - Knowledge of international and military/government protocol
      - Strong writing and verbal skills, and presentation abilities.
