      As a Trading Services Analyst within the Securitized Products Group, you will be responsible for timely and accurate entry of transactions for various trading desks, via front-end systems, and monitoring trade flow through our risk management and back-office systems. The Trade Support unit is responsible for the strict control of trades booked, liaising with internal departments, and escalating to senior management where appropriate. You will work closely with trading, sales, senior management, technology, operations, audit and compliance in the performance of your assigned duties. .

      Job Responsibilities

      • Provide operational support for the Asset Backed, Commercial Backed, Mortgage Backed, Non-Agency Collateral Mortgage Obligations, Whole Loan Syndicate and Secondary desks
      • Oversee products including Asset Backed Securities, Commercial Backed Securities, Mortgage-Backed Securities, To Be Announced forward settling trades, Non-Agency Collateralized Mortgage Obligations, Project Loans and US Treasuries
      • Working directly with the traders to understand each deal to ensure seamless trade entry and flow to subsequent back-office systems
      • Conduct trade booking and enrichment for new issue bond underwritings
      • Reconcile trades between front and backend trading systems
      • Understand system flow and front to back operations of trade processing including settlements, profit and loss, and confirms
      • Understand trade reporting rules related to regulatory bodies including the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (TRACE Reporting)

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree required
      • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Access
      • Able to identify and resolve issues with minimum supervision
      • Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
      • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
      • Self-starting team player who is creative and reliable
      • Strong time management: organization skills and prioritization of tasks, setting own deadlines and working to defined targets

      • Extremely detail oriented and controls focused
      • Analytical and quantitative aptitude
      • Adaptability to learn new tasks & demonstrate willingness to understand the detail of a process
      • Strong time management: organization skills and prioritization of tasks, setting own deadlines and working to defined targets

      Work schedule

      • This hybrid role requires going into the office three days a week with two days' flexibility to work from home, subject to change
