- Provide end to end book running support which includes trade capture, end of day Valuation and Risk analysis, and controls along the trade life-cycle
- Perform numerous controls to verify trading positions are accurate through front office to middle office, and middle office to back office
- Investigate and provide solutions to various queries from settlements, controls teams, and confirmations
- Produce management statistics
- Work closely with Operations functions and infrastructure groups to support a "one team approach"
- Complete operations projects and ad hoc requests to satisfy new initiatives and operations/technology enhancements (new system implementations)
- Strong logical/analytical mindset with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
- Attention to details and sense of ownership
- Process flow understanding, including ability to understand current flows and linkages between systems and think how processes can be improved/streamlined
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Display strong technical skills such as proficiency in Excel
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in Finance industry (operations roles)
- Understanding of relevant derivatives and hedging products such as Interest Rate Swaps, Basis Swaps, Cross Currency Swaps, Bonds and Futures
- This hybrid role requires going into the office three days a week with two days' flexibility to work from home, subject to change

As a Trading Services Analyst in Market Operations, you will have the opportunity to support the North America Rates desk based in New York. Your responsibilities will include performing controls to verify trade positions, investigating breaks, and focusing on process re-engineering and automation. You will be the main point of contact for Trading, Product Control, Marketing Middle Office, and other internal counterparts when managing daily activity. Your primary responsibility will be intraday trade capture for the desks supported. This role offers you the chance to work with a variety of products including Interest Rate Swaps, Interest Rate Swaptions, Cross Currency Swaps, Interest Rate Caps, Interest Rate Floors, Foreign Exchange, US Treasuries, and Futures.
