- Liaises with multiple global functions in assisting with the resolution of Fixed Income and linked Currency related issues
- Provides global business advisory and consultancy to Portfolio Management, Trading, Risk and regional product development hubs
- Ensures real-time data accuracy and integrity of Investment Accounting and account benchmarks/index feeds
- Facilitates global business implementation (new client/fund launches, new instruments/investment markets, Regional expansion, designing operating models and testing new system functionalities)
- Ensures efficient trade flow, shaping the global Fixed Income investment strategy, leading the design of Intelligent Automation solutions for process improvements
- Oversees activities delegated to offshore Centres of Excellence
- Solid understanding of Fixed Income products, analytics and markets
- Comprehensive understanding of Operational Risk
- Previous experience within a Middle Office/Operations team with a good understanding of Front to Back operational flow and UAT testing
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage relationships and expectations
- Project management & business analyst mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strategic mindset with an ability to solution/innovate
- Previous use of Intelligent Automation tools such as Alteryx, Python
- Knowledge of various Investment vehicles (e.g. OEICs, SICAVs, ETFs)

As a Fixed Income Middle Office Associate within the Fixed Income Middle Office (FIMO), you will be a part of a centralised function that provides product expertise across the firm's entire Fixed Income product range, including Institutional clients, ETFs, OEICs & Sicav’s. Your role will involve ensuring a smooth route to market for investment desks, mitigating operational risk, preparing strategic infrastructure for market reform, and implementing regional footprints. Being a core part of all Fixed Income investment activity, you will maintain strong links with all investment and support functions of JPMAM, such as Portfolio Management, Trading, Middle Office, Risk, and Legal.
