Job Description

- Save commercial orders in the system
- Ensure that the broadcast log is done daily according to current policies
- Reconcile the information from the broadcast with the information entered in the scheduled log
- Meet the needs of the station’s local, national and promotional sales team
- Weekly breakdown of the week’s commercial inventory
- Import file to broadcast
- Perform any other related tasks delegated by their immediate leader
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree
- Outlook, Word and Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of WideOrbit software, an asset
- Confidentiality
- Proactive approach to situation or tasks
- Autonomous work experience while working as part of a team
- Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)
- Proactive, resourceful and quick to execute
- Good prioritization, time and pressure management
