Job Description
- Req#: 3719BR
- Coordinate the movement of all freight to DON customers
- Track and trace milestones on movement with proactive measures to keep freight on time.
- Identify any risk to delivery to providers and cross-functional teams (operations, sales, etc).
- Audit the process and document any delivery issues. Work with Operations and Transportation to ensure solutions are defined and implemented.
- Manage daily and weekly carrier reporting requirements including delivery updates OS&D (overage, shortage, and damage), customer returns, and POD paperwork
- Review carrier OS&D (overage, shortage, and damage) reports, resolve discrepancies and reconcile with Distribution Centers.
- Understand how to route delivery trucks, plan for the most efficient routes, and be aware of customer requirements to ensure the ability to back- up any Router roles.
- Maintain DON daily/weekly operations reports
- Perform other duties as assigned.
