  • Job Description

      Req#: 3719BR
      Responsible for the coordination of movement of freight to DON customers, servicing customer orders, including tracking and tracing of shipments, and reporting for internal/cross-functional teams.
      • Coordinate the movement of all freight to DON customers
      • Track and trace milestones on movement with proactive measures to keep freight on time.
      • Identify any risk to delivery to providers and cross-functional teams (operations, sales, etc).
      • Audit the process and document any delivery issues. Work with Operations and Transportation to ensure solutions are defined and implemented.
      • Manage daily and weekly carrier reporting requirements including delivery updates OS&D (overage, shortage, and damage), customer returns, and POD paperwork
      • Review carrier OS&D (overage, shortage, and damage) reports, resolve discrepancies and reconcile with Distribution Centers.
      • Understand how to route delivery trucks, plan for the most efficient routes, and be aware of customer requirements to ensure the ability to back- up any Router roles.
      • Maintain DON daily/weekly operations reports
      • Perform other duties as assigned.
