      As a Traffic Ad Operations Coordinator, you will be joining a great team whose end result is to assist and collaborate in the daily completion of daily playlists for all the television stations of Rogers Media including City TV, Sportsnet, Omni, FX, FXX, Oln, US Ad Avails, and VOD. Opportunity for Digital Ad Ops training. You must be a team player who will bring their attention to detail and “can-do” attitude to ensure quality playlists are produced while meeting tight deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.

      What you will be doing..

      • Inventory Management includes but not limited to quality assurance, inventory reports, sales service, last minute sales and programming changes, avails, balancing and formatting, collaboration with all teams.
      • Copy/Scheduling includes but is not limited to, quality assurance, commercial scheduling (execute agency, marketing and client campaigns.), last minute changes, commercial dubbing requests, collaboration with all teams
      • Log Management includes but not limited to quality assurance, program timing, product separation, and printing files for Master Control, collaboration with all teams.
      • Reconciliation incudes but is not limited to, quality assurance, reporting non-aired spots to Sales team for make-goods and confirming books spots ASRUN to be invoiced.
      • Video On Demand but is not limited to, campaign management in Cadent system.
      • Digital campaign management but not limited to QA of ads, manage campaign performance, communication to sales, address and resolve issues, participate in special projects.
      • Collect and collating the appropriate data and test cases for usage in the S4M and DSM databases.
      • Assuring the integrity of data, including data extraction, storage, processing and manipulation.
      • Monitor the systems effectively and maintain the quality of database systems.
      • Analyze data through various methods by using standard statistical methods, interpret the results and provide written summaries of data analyses.


      What you will bring...

      • Strong organizational skills.
      • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
      • Previous customer service experience.
      • An ability to work with minimal supervision.
      • An aptitude for problem solving and multi tasking.
      • Attention to detail.
      • A working knowledge of Windows 10, Excel and Power Point.
      • Technical, S4M and digital Sales Management system experience are an asset.
      • Prepared to work overtime when required.
      • Must be able to multi task and work with multiple deadlines.
      • Ability to be flexible in and ever changing environment.
      • TV or digital ad operations experience an asset.
