      Generally responsible for directing traffic and assisting customers within a designated parking facility to keep the flow of traffic moving smoothly and safely.

      Essential Duties:

      • Maintain traffic flowing efficiently within the parking facility according to operating plan.


      • Provide excellent customer service greeting each guest and visitor with a smile and a warm welcome. Assist customers promptly and in a friendly manner.

      • Traffic directors stand in designated areas and wave vehicles in the desired direction with a positive and helpful demeanor.

      • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure productive operations, quality service, client, and customer satisfaction.

      • Guiding and directing visitors to the requested areas around the Parking Garage as well as providing useful information and services pertaining to Downtown activities and parking facilities.

      • Job duties may be modified at any time
