Qualifications:

• More than 5 years of experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering design, traffic operations, and ITS design
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or Traffic Engineering (TE) license, or eligibility to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Proficiency in software such as Synchro, Vissim, or HCS
• Capability to oversee and guide personnel
• Experience in Business Development and Marketing, including proposals, budgets, and scopes of work

Responsibilities:

• Handling traffic engineering and project management tasks within Transportation Engineering
• Collaborating closely with leaders and teams from other disciplines
• Leading efforts in Business Development by pursuing interests, opportunities, and clients
