      The Role:

      The Traffic Field Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and supervision of all on-call Traffic Department ambassadors. This position oversees the paid parking revenue and other administrative duties while maintaining knowledge of Federal ADA parking standards.

      What You’ll Accomplish:
      Keep in mind that this list is not all-inclusive.

      • Supervise the on-call Traffic Attendants, Cashiers and Supervisors.
      • Ensure the pre-determined traffic plans and paid parking operations meet the needs of show activity (historical and anticipated).
      • Establish, coordinate, and implement barricade set plans, fencing, and signage.
      • Work with Exterior Engineering, Services and Sign Shop to ensure work orders have been completed for every event.
      • Identify the needs, deficiencies, and opportunities in team skills, and address areas of concern to include corrective discipline. Assist in creating and updating new hire and annual Traffic training material and mentoring ambassadors.
      • Address complaints and resolve issues and concerns in a timely manner.
      • Ensure ambassadors maintain customer service excellence standards.
      • Identify and develop ambassador competencies to encourage continued growth and advancement.
      • Maintain Traffic equipment and tools appropriately.

      What We’re Looking For:

      • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
      • Two years of traffic-related experience
      • One-year supervisory experience desired
      • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; experience with Workforce (Time and Attendance) and mobile POS system is a plus
      • Must have a valid Nevada driver’s license and must maintain it during employment
      • Ability to listen and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, management, and other ambassadors in a variety of formats
      • Demonstrate a commitment to valuing differences among individuals and being inclusive
      • Must be able to work outside of regular business hours
