  Minimum Requirements:

  • Namibian Citizenship;
  • A Valid Driver’s Licence;
  • A minimum qualification of grade 12;
  • A diploma or degree (NQF level 7) in marketing; sales; finance.
  • The successful candidate will be required to travel;
  • Excellent client care orientation and communication skills;
  • Ability to listen and integrate information;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be a team player;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Computer literacy and;
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven sales or third party sales record will be an atvantage.

  Job Description:

  • Develops and implements a sales, marketing and support plan for brokers;
  • Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with all contracted brokers in designated portfolio;
  • Analyzing the sales product mix in order to react to trends, and ensure profitable growth of the portfolio;
  • Managing the relationship between Old Mutual and brokers, and ensures maximum growth of the portfolio;
  • Researching market trends and developing relevant strategies to ensure sustainable growth;
  • Supporting and advising on all Old mutual product-related aspects to Brokers;
  • Ensures that Old Mutual and product providers understand Broker's product and marketing needs;
  • Meets all annual new business targets of the Old Mutual Broker Distribution business;
  • Receiving requests for quotations from Brokers and formulates alterations to existing business;
  • Marketing Old Mutual services and products to Brokers;
  • Developing and sourcing new business with brokers; and
  • Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.
