Job Description

- Namibian Citizenship;
- A Valid Driver’s Licence;
- A minimum qualification of grade 12;
- A diploma or degree (NQF level 7) in marketing; sales; finance
- The successful candidate will be required to travel;
- Excellent client care orientation and communication skills;
- Ability to listen and integrate information;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a team environment and be a team player;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Computer literacy and;
- Fluent in English.
- Proven sales or third party sales record will be an advantage.
- Develops and implements a sales, marketing and support plan for brokers;
- Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with all contracted brokers in designated portfolio;
- Analyzing the sales product mix in order to react to trends, and ensure profitable growth of the portfolio;
- Managing the relationship between Old Mutual and brokers, and ensures maximum growth of the portfolio;
- Researching market trends and developing relevant strategies to ensure sustainable growth;
- Supporting and advising on all Old mutual product-related aspects to Brokers;
- Ensures that Old Mutual and product providers understand Broker's product and marketing needs;
- Meets all annual new business targets of the Old Mutual Broker Distribution business;
- Receiving requests for quotations from Brokers and formulates alterations to existing business;
- Marketing Old Mutual services and products to Brokers;
- Developing and sourcing new business with brokers; and
- Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.
