- Supporting and maintaining the Cornerstone on Demand Human Resource system, focusing on Learning, Development, and Recruitment modules
- Gaining experience in human capital management systems (HCM), learning management systems (LMS), and recruitment systems (ATS)
- Developing skills in web design and development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Providing helpdesk support and troubleshooting for system users
- Exploring innovative technologies, including machine learning, bots, and AI
- Assisting with project management tasks and gaining exposure to ICT and HR processes
- Working independently, as part of a team, and remotely when required
- Industry co-designed training and certification specific to the Cornerstone on Demand platform

Salary range: $73,522 to $79,931 plus superannuation
Employment Type: Temporary opportunity for up to 12 months, with the possibility of extension, Full-time

This role sits within the People & Culture Division in the myCareer team.About this role
The Department of Customer Service (DCS) is offering graduates an exciting opportunity to apply for the Trainee Developer and Administrator role. This position supports an industry-leading cloud-based HR software solution, Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD). The myCareer team supports the entire employee lifecycle, including Learning, Development, Performance, Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent Management, and Succession planning modules. This role provides a pathway to becoming a skilled IT and HR professional, gaining hands-on experience and industry-recognized certifications.
This 12-month temporary opportunity, based in Parramatta, comes with the possibility of extension and vendor-specific training, and practical experience within a NSW Government agency.
