Support in Corporate Controlling processes for selected segments, strategic business units as well as legal entities (sales & service companies) of the ZEISS Group (e.g. strategic and financial planning, forecast, performance controlling)
Performance analyses ZEISS Group, Segments and strategic business units or legal entities within monthly controlling and as part of planning and forecasting processes including commenting results and elaborating ad-hoc evaluations on demand
Implement, (further) develop and optimize relevant ZEISS Group wide processes, concepts and instruments
Support and take on challenging taks in different group wide projects and initiatives
Support with preparations for quarterly exchange of Top Management from selected legal entities with representatives from Segments and the Executive Board Member in charge
University degree in in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting and/or other business-focused areas
Practical experience gained, for example, in an internship or working student job (maximum of 1,5 years)
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, a high affinity for numbers complemented by strategic and outside-the-box thinking
Enjoy working in an agile way in networked, diverse, and interdisciplinary teams
You are not afraid to overcome demanding project tasks and their challenges
Ambitious, taking the initiative and like to learn about new topics
Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
Flexibility to work at different ZEISS location s in Germany during the program
Fluent in English & German, both written and spoken

Your role
During the 18 months, you will rotate between 4 different ZEISS departments across the company's different business units and possibly also abroad. Which departments these are depends on your chosen focus and your future role. During the program, you will also take part in several training sessions, workshops and project work for professional and personal development. All this is aims at enabling you to hit the ground running after completing the program – and make you familiar with the basics to take on any leadership tasks.
