      We are looking for a motivated trainee to join our Global Manufacturing Excellence & Process Technology team based in Kemptthal. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to work in a global environment, expand your skills and knowledge and be involved in exciting projects.

      For 6 months (with option to extend) you will be part of a growth-minded, supportive and diverse team which is already curious to meet you.

      This trainee program includes the following core deliverables:

      • Establishing a Knowledge Portal for the Global Manufacturing Excellence & Process Technology team, this includes data/standards management, ensuring accuracy and establishing standard operating procedures for its continuous improvement
      • Organizing the best practices information and tags content for validation flows appropriately
      • Collaborating with the subject matter experts and other stakeholders to create and update best manufacturing practices. Including the format of the current Givaudan Production System standards and related procedures
      • Actively identifying opportunities for improving the content and content sharing
      • Assisting in the design of production systems and implementation concept
      • Establishing Training procedures how to use the Knowledge database
      • Supporting other Manufacturing Excellence activities such as further refinement of our Givaudan Production System and supporting our communication channels
      • Assisting in identifying improvement potential in production processes and initiating measures to increase efficiency
      • Collecting and identifying data to gain insights into production processes
      • Assisting in projects for the introduction of new processes and technologies

      Your professional profile includes:

      • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree within Food science, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
      • First experience in an industrial/ manufacturing setting preferred
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
      • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
      • Fluent in English, other languages considered a plus
