- Carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks
- Speaking to pensions members over the phone
- Responding to emails from both existing and prospective clients
- Assisting the wider Pensions team by carrying out basic case work, and achieving excellent customer service
- Embracing, demonstrating, and supporting the business to embed Capita’s Values whenever possible
- Adhering to Quality Management Systems, and complying with both Capita regulations and policies, as well as regulatory bodies
- Taking ownership of your own personal and performance development
- Identifying and reporting any risks, complaints and breaches

Here at Capita, we’re looking for a hard-working, aspirational Trainee Pension Administrator to join our Pensions Solutions team in a home-based role. You will receive a starting salary of £21,255, and will have the opportunity to kickstart your professional career in a varied, wide-ranging sector of the business. As a Trainee Pension Administrator, you will be a key member of the team, with your close attention to detail and willingness to learn enabling us to help our clients keep their financial futures secure. No previous Pensions experience is required for this role – we’ll provide you with a robust induction and training programme to help you hit the ground the running.
