What awaits you

• You’ll actively accompany our customers on their agile transformation journey, thereby gaining a comprehensive insight.

• Learning by doing: In co-creation workshops, you’ll become familiar with change management and training strategies, agile methods and approaches, stakeholder management, cross-functional communication, and much more.

• Now you’re ready to successfully collaborate with the client: For example, you’ll know how to use agile methods to enable high performing teams, how to continuously improve a team’s ways of working, or how to elicitate and document software requirements in an agile manner.

What we’re looking forward to

• University degree, e.g. in informatics, computer science, software engineering, business administration, business informatics, economics or similar field

• First experience with software development and agile approaches, methods, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban and SAFe)

• Fluency in English and the regional language (GER)

• Friendly personality and joy working in an international project team and is ready to occasionally travel for business
