The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all. We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:
● Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives
● Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty
● Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges
About Future Perfect:
Future Perfect exists to improve job readiness for the youth and to enable upward socio-economic mobility through English proficiency and the development of 21st-century employability skills. Future Perfect is designed on the belief that proficiency in spoken English is achieved by adopting an immersive approach, implemented through experiential, holistic, and group learning.
The Trainer is expected to:
● Deliver interactive and engaging Zoom sessions on English communication and 21st-century skills for underprivileged students by using pre-defined curriculum and lesson plans.
● Commit to completing the batch for a seamless student experience.
● Tracking and reporting student progress, and working closely with the program team to improve engagement and learning outcomes.
● Follow Up with the students who face any issues or are irregular.
● Check the postwork submitted by the students.
● Be a part of team meetings and actively collaborate by sharing best practices & inputs to improve the student’s experience.
● Actively engage in program-related activities, e.g., Graduation ceremony, various student engagement activities, etc.
● Commit 3-3.5 Hrs daily to the program.
Who we are looking for:
● A bachelor’s degree or above, in any discipline.
● Prior experience with delivering on programs or engagements, preferably within the scope of facilitation and training
● Strong facilitation, verbal communication, and articulation skills in English as well as one or more languages - Tamil, Kannada.
● Has a computer and stable internet connectivity
● Passionate about working in and with low-opportunity communities. Prior experience in the social development sector is preferred.
● Be able to work remotely and maintain communication with the team.
● Ability to be an excellent communicator with strong people skills
● Ability to manage time well in a fast-paced environment
● Proficiency in Excel (Google Sheets), Google Meet, and ZoomAbout the company
