Position Purpose: Responsible for developing and conducting a variety of training programs and/or auditing tools for Centene's Pharmacy Services department.
***The Trainer II position is fully remote. Candidates will be considered nationally.*** Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training needs for Pharmacy Services department staff and evaluate effectiveness
Identify, develop and conduct appropriate training programs, including selecting and designing appropriate training aids and developing high-quality, interactive eLearning courses
Maintain records of training activities and employee progress and effectively communicate learner progress to leadership
Work with leadership and support groups to resolve issues with learners, training materials, or referenced support materials
Audit work and coordinate training initiatives to identify, develop and publish corrective actions and educational materials Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare setting. Auditing experience preferred. Quality Improvement Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of combined clinical and training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare setting.
