      What You’ll be Doing

      Do you have a passion to train and guide others towards best practices? Do you love helping set someone up for success? In this role, you’ll support and actively engage new hires in a training environment to develop their knowledge of our values, employee workspaces, time keeping apps, and training on client products and procedures. You’ll work to make sure each employee is set up for success as they start their new role by teaching, testing, and monitoring absence and attendance throughout the training process.

      You'll report to the Training Manager. Your role will impact the employee experience by developing their English skills in the customer experience industry.

      During a Typical Day, You’ll

      · Conduct screenings (verbal, writing and grammar tests) in order to determine language gaps

      · Propose action plans based on screening results

      · Develop and deliver training curricula customized to each account’s and/or department’s needs

      · Provide with reports requested by the Language Programs Manager

      · Keep accurate records of important stats and other types of critical information

      · Ensure English training facilities are organized and well run

      · Conduct coaching sessions on TTEC employees who need the extra support and as a follow up after course completion

      What You Bring to the Role

      · University studies (complete or in progress) in English as a Second Language or English Teaching

      · Teaching experience

      · English: Native language proficiency or Native speaker

      · Proficient in the use of software for Language Instruction

      · Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

      · Adept in utilizing training room equipment (video beam, sound system, etc.)

      · Basic knowledge of Curriculum Development

      The anticipated rage for individuals expressing interest in this position is $22.61/hr. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
