- Provide OJT for associates. Line Leads, Material Handlers and PIT drivers.
- Conduct daily routine production, facility, and safety audits.
- Work with Training Manager to construct SOP for the cross functional team.
- Assist with classroom training.
- System training: Nulogy, Red prairie and DBF
- Assist Training Manager with safety training.
- Monitor and provide safety concerns to Safety Manager.
- Assist Safety Manager with daily task.
- Support production supervisor/floor as required.
- Maintain training and safety document.
- Collect, consolidate, evaluate and prioritize feedback on training content to develop plans for revisions.
- Perform administrative and other assigned duties as required.
- Experience within co-pack facility.
- Flexibility to work alternate shifts and weekends as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skill
- Ability to collaborate with all cross-functional team.
