What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze customer LMS needs and implement technical interventions
- Coordinate tasks with peers and partners to establish best practices
- Generate and maintain Survey data for client training satisfaction
- Maintain system utilization reports and course enrollments
- Develop system support materials such as user job aids

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in Business Administration, technical management, or related field
- 2-3 years of Administrative/LMS/Training support experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of HTML, training authoring tools, and Microsoft applications

- Proven experience in a similar role managing multiple tasks or projects
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
