      We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Training Coordinator (Forklifts) to join our Amazon Australia Learning Team based out of our new Cranbourne Fulfilment Centre
      This role is critical to executing our training objectives, including Forklift (PIT) and Truck Yard Safety (TDR) and process improvement. You will thrive in this role if you are dynamic, an organised self-starter, a strong communicator and highly value teamwork. The successful candidate will be trained in both the standard work and tools used within the learning function, and will be trained and required to work across warehouse processes.
      This role requires that you hold a current Forklift Licence (LF & LO) and have demonstrated forklift experience as well as a good proficiency in MS Office.

      Shift Pattern:
      Wed-Sat 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

      Key Responsibilities:
      * Schedule and conduct PIT and TDR training including classroom and practical evaluations as needed
      * Ensure compliance with New Operator Behaviour Audits (NOBA) and PIT related refresher training
      * Maintain PIT and TDR related records and complete all data entry
      * Assist with PIT and TDR related safety incident investigations and coach associates on safe operation
      * Audit operators for compliance with all EHS PIT operation standards
      * Complete standard work and assigned tasks on time and to standard expectation
      * Perform data entry including creating, entering and updating training rosters
      * Lead & Support Ambassadors in their roles in delivering training and coaching to associates
      * Act as a safety subject matter expert ensuring associates are operating safely and take immediate corrective action where necessary
      * The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" including jumping into some of our warehouse roles on a regular basis. Spend a minimum of 5-10 hours per week in a process path (rotate through paths) to maintain proficiency and identify associate barriers whilst also learning part of Learning Trainer role

      - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
      - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
      - High school or equivalent
      - Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
      - Hold a current forklift licence (LO & LF)- Workplace training experience ideal but not necessary
      - Must be willing to work across several areas as required by training needs
      - Able to give and receive feedback effectively
      - Effective Time management skills
