      Organization:

      SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley

      Position Overview:

      Responsible for coordinating and managing all activities associated with training schedules, events, programs, systems (such as eLearning or other learning management systems), logistics and special training projects for all Sutter affiliates. Manages the eLearning program and training systems, and serves as the eLearning system administrator to include: assessing, developing, prioritizing, and implementing affiliate regulatory requirements and eLearning needs. Coordinates eLearning content and is the knowledge expert in developing course build, class schedules and assessments and updating existing courses, enrollment as well as eLearning reporting. Serves as a liaison between the regional affiliate operational contacts, system and regional level training partners. Serves as the primary contact for training activities and will have strong lines of communication with the administrative and operation teams and affiliate education leaders for each affiliate.

      Job Description:

      This is a hybrid role and candidate must live within a commutable distance from the Gateway Oaks office in Sacramento.
      Candidate must come on site as needed for meetings, etc. and has the opportunity to work from home when not required to be on site.


      EDUCATION:

      Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

      Associate's: Communication, Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Education, or related field. or equivalent education/experience


      TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

      1 year of recent relevant experience.


      SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

      Knowledge of virtual meeting/training software (i.e. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and presentation program applications.

      Ability to manage all phases of multiple projects simultaneously, and adjust to continuously changing responsibilities and priorities.

      Understanding of healthcare environment and regulatory requirements.

      Knowledge of training techniques, customer service programs, curriculum development, and program design.

      Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, analytical and mathematical skills.

      Excellent organizational, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

      Strong teaching and presentation skills and the ability to develop informational presentations for a leadership audience.

      Ability to lead a group of professionals in the problem resolution process, facilitate meetings.

      Ability to communicate and work with all levels of management, administration and staff.

      Independence and self-direction to anticipate problems, handle difficult circumstances and make sound business decisions.

      The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled.
