      Job Description

      IFS Academy is on the lookout for a dynamic and open-minded individual to join us as a Training Coordinator.

      A Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinate the IFS Academy training development initiatives through hosting training events and educational programs. The training coordinator must work with internal and external stakeholders to determine their training needs and help the IFS Community with training and certification. The training coordinators should manage all such coordination through the IFS Academy LMS (Learning Management System)

      • Having a very good communication skill (in English)
      • Be able to create and maintain relationships with different IFS units (IFS market units, IFS partners and IFS customers) which requires training and certification
      • Be aware of all the training methods & offerings and able to organize the required training events.
      • Manage the IFS Academy LMS (Learning Management System) for the training events.
      • Manage the IFS Academy training calendar for scheduled classroom and virtual classroom sessions.
      • Manage IFS Academy training environment access for trainees
      • Monitor and reply to the Academy Mailbox.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Thorough understanding of training processes.
      • Ability to moderate large groups.
      • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
      • Proficient in working with a Learning Management System (sabacloud)
      • Experience in managing or coordinating training sessions would be an advantage.

      Qualifications

      Essential:

      • A degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Management or Business Information Systems or Information Technology streams, equivalent streams and/or related professional qualifications together with 1-3 years of work experience.
      • Excellent knowledge in HR Learning & Development concepts and practices.
      • A passion to work with Learning & Development, Event Management. Previous experience as a trainer coordinator will be an advantage.
      • Excellent command of English and good communication skills.
      • Ability to understand, summarize and present information in a clear and concise manner.
      • Service-minded and organized with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively.
      • Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
      • Strong problem-solving ability, analytical skills and strategic thinking.
      • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and work on your own initiative.
      • Proven ability to lead and influence teams, colleagues, customers and partners.
      • Ability to articulate and critically evaluate customer-specific business needs and solutions in a customer facing role.
      • Excellent interpersonal skills including stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.

      Desirable:

      • Expereince in managing training courses and classes in a LMS (Learning Management System).
      • Expereince in managing physical and virtual instructor-led training sessions.
