- Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigation. Background investigations are conducted using fingerprint identification and completion of background inquiry forms.
- Must successfully pass the E-verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment.
- You must go through a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process that requires two forms of identification from the Form I-9.
- May be required to pass pre-employment examinations.

- A valid State driver's license is required to operate motor vehicles.

- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Displays strong administrative working skills with at least one year of experience.
- One year of working knowledge of administrative support functions to include use of a networked computer, printers, fax, copiers, office automation equipment, and various Microsoft and Excel software programs in order to accomplish various work assignments.
- Ability to remain flexible to meet the training needs of new CNIC training and program standards as they evolve.
- Ability to communicate effectively via email or in person for one-on-one and large or small group settings.
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing, follow directions, and deal with a variety of people, both military and civilian at any chain-of-command level.
- Ability to maintain records and reports both written and electronic.
- NO Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) is authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government interest

We are a national award-winning NRPA, CAPRA & CNIC 5-Star accredited MWR program seeking a dynamic and innovative Training Coordinator to join its team. An ideal candidate is a well-organized, creative, independent, self-motivated individual with exceptional presentation and written/oral communication skills. Key responsibilities include planning, tracking, and executing our various training programs. This is a flexible (0-40 hours per week) position, without benefits.
Duties
This is a flexible (0-40 hours per week) position, without benefits.
Incumbent will act as the point of contact for training matters relating to the MWR Directorate, including employees at the Child & Youth Program (CYP), Unaccompanied Housing (UH), and the Fleet & Family Support Center (FFSC).
Specifically:
- Coordinate with managers the training schedule of employees to meet CNIC MWR Program Standards and their unique requirements for each department.
- Conduct/oversee specified classes through CNIC University Learning Management System (LMS).
- Create/maintain training binders for all departments and record quarterly data for General Military Training (GMT) and Enterprise Safety Applications Management System (ESAMS).
- Assists the Volunteer Coordinator for MWR Kings Bay, which includes tracking and training of volunteers for day-to-day activities or Special Events, in accordance with MWR instructions and CNIC policies.
- Assists in coordinating the Secret Shopper Program, which includes advertisement for recruitment, tracking and training, and conduction of secret shops within MWR Kings Bay.
- Provides administrative support to the MWR Director and NAF Human Resources Office.
- Identifies training progression, training deficiencies, and career development to ensure that all Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are accurate for each employee.
- Uses a networked computer system to input/update data on a daily basis.
- Incumbent will become familiar with the scheduling and use of available training resources at various SUBASE facilities.
- Acts as the liaison between MWR Managers and SUBASE Command Management (CM3) Training Department, SUBASE Safety Department, and SUBASE Occupational Health for SUBASE trainings.
- Become proficient in the use of and administrator access for all MWR personnel for Enterprise Safety Applications Management System (ESAMS), Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS), and CNIC University Learning Management System (LMS), etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.Requirements
