The Training Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that franchisees groups and leadership is well-prepared and equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to operate successfully. The Training Coordinator will work with various departments to ensure that leadership is trained and in accordance with Swig standards. This position involves a combination of training franchise groups and leadership, coordination, and support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete 10-day onsite training with each franchisee group
• Help the Franchisees develop the best skills by staying by their side, giving clear instructions, and giving feedback
• Communicate and coordinate with District Managers, General managers, and Franchisees
• Develop Certified Trainer GMs (Help keep training stores up to the Swig standard)
• Conduct store audits and help support anywhere that is needed
• Keep record of all Franchisee trainings
• Participate in Franchisee Grand Openings
• Travel when needed
• Complete any necessary future trainings with Franchisees and corporate team members
• Assist with any other need as required by upper management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• A Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent of 2 to 3 years of experience in business, management, marketing, or a related field
• Restaurant experience preferred
