      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Training and Professional Services teams in coordinating customer activities and follow-ups
      - Monitor the SalesForce request queue and lead customer requirements gathering calls
      - Schedule training courses for customers and communicate schedules with team members
      - Act as a liaison between customers and training/professional services teams, responding to inquiries and monitoring task completion
      - Participate in developing team processes to optimize the customer experience and report on key performance indicators

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Experience in the healthcare or technology industries strongly preferred
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills with attention to detail
      - High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer service within the healthcare or technology sectors
      - Familiarity with SalesForce and HealthStream products
      - Proven ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
      - Experience developing training plans or programs
      - Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
