  Position Summary

  • Variable working hours with potential overtime during busy periods
  • No weekends or holidays
  • 100% work from home, training requires being on camera – quiet, professional space required
  • Lead classes lasting anywhere from 1 hour to multiple weeks, working with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure the best possible outcomes for the learners
  • Follow systems to monitor and ensure trainees are performing their responsibilities according to the approved work instructions
  • Ensure the compliance of the learners to corporate standards and procedures during training sessions
  • Provide support and mentoring for new employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed
  • Work with the team to ensure all are in sync on the classes being taught and share training methods to help develop better virtual training tools
  • Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of training and help develop appropriate modification if needed
  • Learn multiple lines of business to assist colleagues with other classes
  • Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize, delegate tasks and set goals for productivity
  • Use creative and problem-solving skills to invent new ways to accommodate the learning needs of learners in a virtual environment
  • Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners, along with collaborating with business partners
  • High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies and the willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching
  • Must be able to multitask and manage all areas of the virtual classroom, including breakout rooms, unexpected changes to the agendas, and technological difficulties
  • Have a background in IT and the use of modern technology in training new hires and to encourage learning and participation

  
  
  Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of training delivery experience or 1+ year of clinical/health insurance insurance

  
  Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of insurance and/or medical terminology/office procedures
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
  • 3+ years' experience in related field

  
  Education

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $18.50 - $35.29

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
