      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Assist with pre-award/proposal activities and subsections as needed
      - Process trainee/fellowship appointments and labor distributions
      - Assist with budget set-up and oversight
      - Prepare and maintain trainee expense tracking sheets
      - Input data into NIH systems and maintain records

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Bachelor's Degree or higher
      - 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Flexibility and self-management skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work independently and as a team member

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Knowledge of federal government regulations
      - Familiarity with advanced Microsoft Word and Excel functions
      - Experience with reporting and budget and award management
      - Understanding of Strategic Information Management System (SIMS)
