      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate the preparation and renewal of institutional training grants with the Grants Management Office and training program directors
      - Maintain centralized records of trainees, including funding sources and career outcomes
      - Generate NIH Data Tables for grant proposals and reports
      - Ensure compliance with NIH policies and institutional requirements related to training grants
      - Provide guidance and training to faculty and staff on NIH training grant requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, science, or a related field
      - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
      - Familiarity with NIH National Research Service Awards (NRSA)
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and NIH systems (eRA Commons, xTrain, xTract)
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
