      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, and revise courses for Department employees
      - Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and consultations
      - Utilize instructional design strategies and methods to deliver effective training
      - Research relevant policies, guidelines, and legal requirements for course development
      - Prepare audio and visual materials for training purposes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant subject area
      - Minimum of one year of experience training adult learners as a full-time trainer
      - Knowledge of adult learning principles and project planning concepts
      - Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
      - Proficiency in instructional system design and distance learning technology

      - Experience as an instructional designer in a government or public administration setting
