      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and courses
      - Implement course revisions and ensure all training materials are current and effective
      - Maintain and update the Learning Management Database with course content and schedules
      - Observe and provide coaching support to instructors to ensure quality training delivery
      - Co-facilitate the Divisional Training Steering Committee and manage training data entry

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in Education or Human Services
      - Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Services, or a related field required; Master's degree strongly preferred
      - Experience with E-Learning and/or Instructional Design strongly preferred
      - Strong organizational and customer service skills
      - Must be willing to travel to satellite locations and pass background checks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in instructional design and familiarity with current training trends
      - Knowledge of social services, mental health, and developmental disabilities
      - Previous experience in a nonprofit or community-based service environment
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
