      The Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) is hiring a Training Summer Student on a temporary basis for up to 4 months at our Co-op Refinery Complex. This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK.

      Shift: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week.

      Are you currently a full-time post-secondary student looking for a summer job to gain hands-on experience in an office setting? If so, our Training department at the Co-op Refinery Complex wants you to join them for the summer!

      What you’ll do:

      • Assist the Manager of Training with administration of current learning and development programs.
      • Assist with administration duties of licensing requirements of employees.
      • Prepares and edits confidential communications, presentations, training content and other documents as necessary.
      • Assist with SharePoint filing project.
      • Provide coverage for Administrative Assistant.

      The Team: You will work closely with the Training team and will report to the Training Manager.

      Who you are:

      You are looking for a full-time summer student position and:

      • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
      • You are currently a full-time student in a recognized post-secondary institute who will be returning to a post secondary institute as a full-time student in the fall.
      • Are familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and have excellent typing skills.
      • Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Are honest, trustworthy, results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
      • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
