What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Manage multiple engagement teams and coordinate with clients throughout the transaction process
- Provide financial and accounting due diligence services to private equity clients and companies
- Perform complex analyses of cash flows, assets, earnings, and risks
- Prepare deliverables and present key financial due diligence findings to clients
- Develop relationships with current and prospective clients and identify market opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Bachelor's degree required
- 7 years of experience in a related field with 5 years of supervisory experience
- Must have and preserve required licenses
- Strong presentation skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Proficient use of applicable technology and excellent communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- CPA and knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Master's degree in accounting or MBA with an accounting undergraduate degree
- 3-5 years of financial audit experience or other M&A experience
- Experience in transaction advisory services at a top ten national accounting firm
- Advanced MS Excel skills and entrepreneurial spirit
