      As a Transactions Specialist III in the Subpoena department you will be responsible for complying with all Subpoenas, IRS Summons and other legal correspondences served to JPMC by producing documents and information when JPMorgan Chase has proper authority to do so by accessing various on-line mainframe and web based systems. You will act as a liaison between JPMorgan Chase and the party who issued the Subpoena and applies legal requirements to regularly negotiate complex documentation. You will work with various state and federal agencies, along with in house attorneys when needed, on a wide range of issues related to documentation.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Follow up directly with agencies on deficient documentation
      • Act as a liaison between JPMorgan Chase and the party who issued the Subpoena
      • Review documents for accuracy
      • Any additional tasks as required for daily work

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

      • Research and Document review
      • Production based Environment
      • Attention to detail and Accuracy
      • Ability to work within deadlines and structured timeframes to meet customer satisfaction
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Team player and self-starter

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

      • Legal Document Review
      • Banking Experience
      • Microsoft Office Experience

      Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
      Candidates must be willing and able to work schedules during our operating hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
