What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Adhere to the University’s service level agreements and regulatory requirements
- Act as a liaison for administrative offices on student schedule and academic policy questions
- Maintain accurate transfer equivalencies in the Transfer Evaluation System (TES)
- Apply approved credits to student records in the CampusNexus system
- Participate in administrative meetings and committees as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience
- Must adhere to FERPA and other regulatory requirements
- Strong customer service skills for interaction with students, staff, and faculty
- Ability to stay informed on curriculum changes and update transfer credit evaluation forms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with transfer credit evaluation processes
- Familiarity with CampusNexus or similar student record systems
- Previous work in a higher education administrative role
- Knowledge of academic policies and procedures related to student records
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
