      As a Transfers Administrator, you will be responsible for completing all processing activities as it relates to external transfer requests. This includes addressing branch/external firm inquiries on initiations, processing, timing, and general inquiries, regarding the account transfer process .

      Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

      • Ensure the delivery of customer service to our internal business lines
      • Review transfer documentation and either approve or reject
      • Answer incoming branch calls
      • Ensure that inquiry responses are on actioned in a timely manner
      • Provide prompt and accurate information / direction on ATON Transfer In inquiries, meeting or exceeding the department defined timelines and adhering to IIROC regulations and time frames
      • Complete follow through and communication to the branch on action committed to by the service call desk office
      • Accurately record statistics of all inquiries received and completed
      • Escalate problem items as necessary
      • Complete Sundry duties as assigned

      The Must Haves:

      • University degree or College diploma, preferably with a financial background
      • Experience in an administrative or clerical position, preferably within the financial services/brokerage industry
      • Knowledge of banking and book of record systems
      • Knowledge of CDS, ATON Fundserv is an asset
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
      • Knowledge of securities products such as GIC’s, Equities, Mutual Funds and Bonds
      • Some knowledge of Interbroker Transfer procedures and IIROC regulatory requirements is an asset
      • General knowledge of operational and regulatory processes governing the Wealth Management industry in Canada is an asset
