Are you enthusiastic about large-scale transformations and do you enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, taking out roadblocks, and enabling efficient day-to-day business? And would you like to be part of a journey aiming at placing Tryg as the best insurance company in the Nordics?

About the role | Transformation Coordinator

You will be a part of our Transformation Management Office which is a part of our Business IT and Digitalization-department. We specifically work on driving the execution of Tryg’s largest transformation program - NextTech. NextTech is a strategic and cross-organizational program, where the aim is to simplify our IT-landscape, optimize Nordic synergies, and overall be more prepared to meet the challenges and expectations of the future, especially when it comes to new technologies and ways of working.

In your role as Transformation Coordinator, you will have the main responsibility to support and act as a close partner to the Head of TMO. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth task flow and supporting execution of the TMO agenda. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to take part in various business initiatives and drive positive impact across the NextTech-program.

      Key Responsibilities include:

      • Owning the TMO support function and day-to-day operations.
      • Prepare and drive key communication for various stakeholders and executive forums – both within the program and towards the rest of the organization.
      • Ensure implementation of efficient processes across the program as well as continuous optimization.
      • Provide daily support to the Head of TMO and executive stakeholders within the program.

You will be instrumental in ensuring a stable foundation for the program and driving momentum that brings us closer to our goals in NextTech.

About you | Strong stakeholder management skills and structure

We are open to different backgrounds, but we expect that you will easily interact with colleagues across all levels in the organization. You take pride in delivering numerous and varied tasks of high quality, and you create value with your willingness to accept and meet challenges.

We also see that you have:

      • A proactive approach and change-readiness as priorities can change swiftly.
      • Have a good understanding of tech/IT and data, as well as the ability to convey complex information to executive business stakeholders.
      • Excellent attention to detail and approach tasks in a structured manner
      • Preferably some years of working experience within project management, strategy or consultancy environment.
      • You master PowerPoint and Excel and have brilliant communication skills in written and oral English.

About us | Transformation Management Office

As an IT professional working at Tryg, every day is your chance to make an impact and help shape the future IT setup of a leading Nordic insurance company. We’re looking to take every aspect of our IT setup and solutions to the next level, so all your ideas, ambition, input and experience are welcome and valuable. From agile workflows to best practices in development and choosing which new emerging technologies to bank on, your word matters here.

      Curious?

Send your application as soon as possible, but no later than June 8th as we’ll be conducting interviews continuously.
