- Producing data-driven, insightful and relevant Insights generated through internal data, external research, market and financial analysis and modelling
- Analyse the information using appropriate tools and identify relevant patterns in and the connectedness of the information
- Present the information using effective verbal and written presentation
- Use newly generated insights to shape current and future transformation and delivery initiatives
- Lead assigned areas of key transformation projects, initiatives and deep dives
- Provide a structured approach to problem solving to diagnose, structure and evaluate issues and generate recommendations that shape the transformation agenda
- Support and contribute to the Market Unit transformation planning
- Prepare effective short briefings for the Head of Transformation Delivery & Intelligence and other senior executives as required for executive review and decision-making
- Create and leverage personal networks in the organisation to gather information
- Proven ability to generate insights using internal and external desktop research and use these insights to engage, consult and influence stakeholders
- Demonstrate strength in gathering and analysis of datasets and identifying patterns within datasets with a high level of proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Ability to work at pace on multiple projects simultaneously and reprioritise workload
- Self-manage time effectively, lead insight generation, review KPI reporting and lead assigned project areas
- Demonstrate confidence in communicating progress and outputs through verbal,
- written and visual media
- Build and maintain effective relationships with peers and stakeholders across the organisation and use those relationships to gather information, identify opportunities for collaboration or support, and effectively accelerate transformation progress
- Tailor thinking, insights, initiatives and ideas to different cultural environments internationally

The role:
As Transformation Delivery and Intelligence Manager you will play a critical role in creating new insights to provide a comprehensive and compelling view of current transformation progress and future focus areas. You will also lead the preparation of concise, impactful and accurate briefings on transformation progress for senior stakeholders.
