What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development and framework of the Transformation Office
- Lead, manage, and prioritize major initiatives through planning, implementation, and post-implementation phases
- Provide a clear and consistent framework for managing transformational initiatives
- Monitor and report on the progress, risks, benefits, and impacts of initiatives
- Facilitate effective change management and communication strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project delivery across an enterprise
- Ability to work through roadblocks independently
- Experience in business case development, organizational design, and process improvements
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in project management and multiple project team management
