      What You’ll Do

      As part of the overall Oracle Consulting (OC) Practice, you will play a pivotal role dedicated to building strategic value-add customer relationships, providing best in class services and ensuring customer satisfaction. To achieve this, you would collaborate with the OC sales and pre-sales teams, engage across our portfolio of projects, foster alignment with internal partners and drive operational excellence to support customer advocacy and enabling the expansion of the Oracle customer base.

      As the Transformation Strategy Director , you will:

      • Lead strategic engagements with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
      • Strengthen capability in end-to-end Business Transformation Consulting aligned to our customer engagement journey and lead successful large-scale transformations enabled by the Oracle portfolio of solutions and technology to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
      • Help customers appreciate the business value delivered through the Oracle solutions and support in driving to their target operating model and strategic roadmap.
      • Provide end-to-end transformation leadership and guidance to OC solution capability and portfolio teams.
      • Collaborate with sales & pre-sales teams on ‘Inspire’ pursuits and strengthen the strategic solutioning and sales process to elevate client pitch and strengthen realization of pipeline (net new & expansion bookings) – includes developing strategy and plans to grow the capability and penetration across industry segments / market trends.
      • Drive appreciation and understanding of business transformation service offering(s) across OC and x-LOB.
      • Be a hands-on leader with high levels of energy, passion, creativity and enthusiasm and maintain a personal billable utilization of 80% including contribution to profitable growth of the capability.
      • Establish strong, lasting and collaborative relationships with the Oracle X-LOBs to ensure the success & growth
      • Build customer & partner relationships to ensure advocacy.
      • Work closely with OC Sales & Cloud Specialists to prepare new IP and offerings, enabling sales to be at the forefront of knowledge on Oracle’s product stack as well as understanding of competitor offerings.
      • Be the role model ensuring highest quality of customer engagement and consulting services, whilst guiding / developing senior & junior level individual contributors

      Responsibilities

      What You’ll Bring

      A growth-driven mindset that can help customers achieve real-world success with our products. We look for:

      · Minimum of 10 years’ experience relevant to the position, including 5 years of Consulting Leadership experience

      · Tertiary qualifications in technology and business

      · Management experience including project, people, customer, financial management preferred

      · Experience on SaaS architecture, design, implementation, and roadmap planning

      · Senior-level customer facing skills to represent Oracle Applications and Technology with the customer and drive discussions regarding trade-offs, standard methodologies, project management and risk mitigation

      · Knowledge of Oracle Cloud products in at least one domain is crucial whilst reasonable knowledge across other Oracle products

      · Experience in establishing and effectively leading a delivery team or a consulting capability to growth

      · Strong track record of commercial growth experience

      · People management and/or extensive leadership experience

      · Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

      · Ability to work within a highly driven and complex environment

      · Able to work with customers and convince customers of the benefits of moving to the cloud, including familiarity with architecture blueprinting & roadmap definition

      · Able to articulate solutions with respect to business requirements of the customer

      · Able to network and develop strong business relationships with License Sales Reps and End customers such that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs. This should include coverage to 'C' level execs.

      · Able to build and foster strong internal relationships with multiple X-LOB channels. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

      · Able to work with Oracle Product Engineering and support teams to review product issues and resolve customer problems

      · Ability to travel as needed
