      What success looks like in this role:

      We are actively seeking a Transition and Due Diligence Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting time at Unisys, and we are looking for talented individuals to join us on this journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of transition and transformation engagements.

      Overview

      • Supports sales input into the proposal process

      • Plans, directs, and leads due diligence activities as we move towards finalisation of contractual agreement

      • Drives and leads the Transition of services from incumbents to Unisys ensuring stable operations at point of go live

      • Establishes a foundation for, and then delivers the agreed transformation outcomes to bring our clients visions to reality.

      Sales Cycle responsibilities

      • Working with Solution Architects develops integrated plan of delivery underpinning the transition and transformations proposed

      • Support client orals providing understanding and insights in to how the proposed transition and transformation will be delivered

      • Provides direct input in to proposal documentation

      • Due Diligence

      • Plans and leads due diligence prior to transition

      • Supports the management and improvement of due diligence standards, policies, and procedures including driving regular and timely content review

      Deal On boarding:

      • Consults with bid and account management to review project proposals, contracts and other documents.

      • Based on review, determines transition goals, time frames, funding limitations and other procedures for accomplishing project, staffing, and allotment of resources.

      • Develops and implements communication plans to address the total transition cycle and the initial steady state period

      Solution Handover/ Validation

      • Working with the wider capability owners, validates the level of staff proposed, the source of staff and their skill levels are in line with contractual, financial and solution requirements.

      • Validates that all non-people resources are in line with contractual, financial and solution requirements – works with Procurement to ensure appropriate plans are in place.

      • Validates the adequacy and accuracy of other assumptions (i.e., solution elements, pricing / costing, etc.).

      • Ensures development of relevant gap analyses and risk mitigation strategies.

      • Assures mobilisation plans and commences mobilisation execution

      Transition and transformation delivery

      • Program Leadership: lead all aspects of the program. This is a leadership role. Drives team behaviors aligned to Unisys winning culture values. Ultimately this role is accountable for ensuring transition and transformation outcomes are achieved

      • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.

      • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.

      • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

      • Financial Management: Manage program budgets (Cost, Revenue).

      • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on program progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective actions as necessary.

      • Change Management: Working with our client, Drive change management supported by OCM to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

      • Quality Assurance: Ensure that Transitions and Transformations are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget, and clear view of delivered value versus expected value.
