      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and coordinate all Special Education/IEP transition plan activities at the district level
      - Provide training and guidance to staff on special education and transition services
      - Facilitate communication between students, parents, staff, and agencies regarding transition services
      - Assist in the completion of reports required by the school and government entities
      - Act as a liaison to vocational and transition agencies to ensure compliance with regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of classroom experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Special Education Certification, Transition-to-Work Certification, School Counselor Certification, or Career Technical Education Certification
      - Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for meetings and professional development
      - Must be able to clear a required background check

      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
